I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults, young people, and families in a wide range of settings. My background includes community mental health, crisis intervention, behavioral health, and work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and significant life transitions. Those experiences have taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, without judgment or assumptions.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions while developing practical tools and insights you can carry into your everyday life.
I’ve called the Tahoe area home for the past several years, and I feel fortunate to live and work in a community that means so much to me. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside—hiking, skiing, gardening, or spending time with my dog.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be happy to talk with you about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.
